CAPP
Coordination of Assistance from People to People
Since 2013, CAPP has implemented programmes addressing critical needs — from maternal and child health and nutrition to emergency cash support, agricultural resilience, and social cohesion. These initiatives have directly reached over 5,000 beneficiaries and indirectly engaged more than 20,000 community members through awareness campaigns, behaviour change initiatives, and community-led outreach.
We are strongly committed to gender balance and inclusion across our operations. Women constitute 42% of our core staff and 50% of our field personnel, and we continue to recruit qualified female professionals even within existing operational restrictions. Their contributions enhance trust, cultural acceptance, and the effectiveness of programmes targeting women and children.
